Personal Care Assistance LLC (“PCA LLC,” “we,” or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (see link above).

1. Program Description

We may send transactional or informational mobile messages through the Program, including (but not limited to):
● Appointment Reminders: Date/time confirmations or rescheduling alerts.
● Service-Related Updates: Caregiver schedule changes or home care instructions.
● Billing Notifications: Payment reminders or invoice notices (if applicable).
Automated Message Disclaimer: Some messages may be sent using an automated system (e.g., autodialer). Message frequency may vary based on your care needs or communication
preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

2. User Opt-In

By providing your mobile number (e.g., website forms), you voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from us. You acknowledge:
● You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.
● Consent is not a condition of service—you can still receive care without opting into SMS.

3. User Opt-Out and Support

You may opt out at any time:
● Reply STOP (or STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE) to any of our messages to stop receiving further texts.

Our primary SMS use case is appointment reminders and health-related updates. These
messages:
● Must not be considered marketing or promotional if your TCR campaign type is “Conversational” or “Informational.”
● Align with RingCentral TCR guidelines, and we maintain written logs of user consent.
If you opted in to any promotional text messages (where legally allowed and consistent with TCR), you provided prior written consent. We do not share or sell phone numbers or SMS consent to third parties.

6. Modifications & Cancellations

We may modify or cancel these Terms or the Program at any time:
● Changes take effect when posted on our website.
● Your continued participation signifies acceptance of any updated Terms.
